露营规则
Camp Rules
- 遵守及覆行大会所有规则。
- 遵守童军规条，并发扬童军精神。
- 维持校园秩序，且不做违规行为。
- 保持校园的整洁及卫生。
- 保护校园内所有公共设施，不得随意破坏，破坏者必须负责赔偿。
- 如发现学校设备有所损坏，请尽快呈报助教或秘书处。
- 节省电源、水源，不可随意浪费资源。
- 严禁在营区内草地挖洞或起火。
- 避免携带贵重物品，如有遗失需自行负责。
- 严禁携带任何违禁物品，如有发现，大会有权在无任何赔偿之下命令该营员离开。
- 未经大会许可，严禁进入课室内。
- 严禁进入异性帐蓬。任何时候男性营员都不准进入女性营员营地范围内。
- 在学校范围内必须穿着整齐，带上领巾及佩带名卡。
- 只能在特定的时间及地点用餐，并保持清洁。
- 不允许在营地内喧哗高叫以免打扰他人。
- 任何营员若要离开学校外出，必须获负责老师或教练陪同且到秘书处登记方可离开。在学校范围外所发生的一切意外，大会一概不负上任何法律责任。
- 所有营员在晚上 11 时过后必须到秘书处登记方可离开营地，参加活动例外。
- 未经大会批准，不可擅自与他人对换队伍或帐篷。
- 不可随意进入他人帐篷，除非获得友团负责人许可。
- 如各友团罗浮童军有意到来参观，敬请提早通知大会。谢绝行为不良或穿着性感暴露者进入学校范围。
- 在活动期间任何意外受伤，大会一概不负上任何法律责任。若有需要，大会将安排有关营员给于专业医药治疗，唯营员需自行负担费用。
- 各友团在离开营区或学校之前，须将营地打扫清洁。
- 如有违反大会规则者，将受到处分；若屡劝不听，大会有权在无任何赔偿之下命令该营员离开。
- All participants must comply with and carry out all rules and regulations set by the Organizing Committee.
- Participants must observe the Scout Laws and uphold the spirit of Scouting.
- Maintain order within the school compound and refrain from any misconduct.
- Keep the campus clean and maintain proper hygiene at all times.
- Protect all public facilities on campus. Any damage caused must be compensated by the responsible party.
- Any damaged school facilities must be reported immediately to the assistant instructor or the Secretariat.
- Conserve electricity and water; wastage of resources is strictly prohibited.
- Digging holes or starting fires on the grass within the campsite is strictly prohibited.
- Avoid bringing valuable items. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any loss.
- Carrying any prohibited items is strictly forbidden. If found, the Organizing Committee has the right to expel the camper without any compensation.
- Entry into classrooms is strictly prohibited without permission from the Organizing Committee.
- Entering tents of the opposite gender is strictly prohibited. Male campers are not allowed to enter the female campers’ camping area at any time.
- Proper attire must be worn within the school compound. Campers must wear their neckerchief and name tag at all times.
- Meals may only be taken at designated times and locations, and cleanliness must be maintained.
- Loud noise or shouting within the campsite is not allowed to avoid disturbing others.
- Any camper who wishes to leave the school compound must be accompanied by a responsible teacher or coach and must register at the Secretariat. The Organizing Committee shall not be held legally responsible for any incidents occurring outside the school premises.
- After 11:00 p.m., all campers must register at the Secretariat before leaving the campsite, except for official activities.
- Changing teams or tents without prior approval from the Organizing Committee is strictly prohibited.
- Entering other campers’ tents without permission is not allowed, unless approval is granted by the respective unit leader.
- Rover Scouts from friendly units who wish to visit must inform the Organizing Committee in advance. Individuals with improper behavior or inappropriate attire will not be allowed to enter the school compound.
- The Organizing Committee shall not be held legally responsible for any injuries sustained during the event. If necessary, medical treatment will be arranged, but all medical expenses shall be borne by the camper.
- All units must clean their camping areas before leaving the campsite or school premises.
- Any participant who violates the rules will be subject to disciplinary action. Repeated violations may result in expulsion from the camp without any compensation.

- 营员们必须遵守秩序，排队等候领取食物。Campers must maintain order and queue properly to receive food.
- 保持食堂卫生、整洁及不可携带任何食物离开食堂。Keep the dining hall clean and tidy; taking food out of the dining hall is not allowed.
- 用餐完毕后，必须在指定的地方清洗餐具。食物残渣必须倒进指定的地方，严禁倒进水沟或洗手盆。After meals, clean utensils at the designated area. Food leftovers must be disposed of in the designated place; dumping in sinks or drains is strictly prohibited.
- 请在指定的时间内用餐，迟到自负。Meals must be taken within the designated time; latecomers are responsible for themselves.
